The component used for starting the engines. Includes parts which are separated from the engine during starter removals, but does not include parts within the engine. Does not include the startergenerator which is filed in JASC code 2435. Typical parts are brush, bearing, shaft, clutch, adaptor, backplate, housing, winding, terminal post, etc.
